Our daughter arrived two weeks early and Sanhoo USA connected us with 이선미 to come help us as our original nanny was still with another family. She was a lifesaver for us. We were in the middle of unpacking a move and during the first day with us 이선미 emo-nim had our kitchen reorganized and in working order. My husband and I really appreciated her hard work, expertise and cooking while I was recovering postpartum.

In regard to work ethic, she blew us away with how much she was able to get done in a day. Whether it was sanitizing our bottles, doing baby laundry or anything in kitchen, it felt like she did the work of 3 people. Her attention to detail and hard work helped me to focus on recovering and provided time for my husband and me to bond with our baby.

이선미 emo-nim was also so helpful for us as first time parents with her calmness and her knowledge. She provided ample instruction on how to care for our baby, showing us how to wash her, diaper her, feed her, etc. I really appreciated her ability to reassure us when we were worried and to point out things that we wouldn’t know to watch out for. Thanks to her care, we got our daughters umbilical hernia diagnosed and treated when she instructed us to call our pediatrician regarding it. Despite her vast expertise, she was also really respectful and accommodating regarding our needs and wishes for breastfeeding, helping us with the schedule for caring for our baby after a tongue tie release, and anything else we mentioned we wanted to implement.

Finally, 이선미 emo-nim is an amazing cook. The food she prepared for us was nutritious and healthy. The photos speak for themselves!
