We are SO grateful for our amazing nanny Sarah Choi Eemo and the agency SanhooUSA. She stayed with us starting from the first night we came home from the hospital x 30 days (July-August 2024).
Re: care of our son
-She was SO sweet with our boy. She truly treated him like family. We had no concerns about her care of him. We trusted her like she was family too.
-During the day when she wasn't cooking or doing chores, she was with him, making sure he was eating and sleeping enough. She bottle fed when I was too tired or busy. She changed so many diapers. She washed his bum after big poopy diapers. She held him, brushed his hair, talked to him, played music for him, and taught us how to bathe him in the tub.
-She spent all night with him, waking up multiple times to feed him.
-She taught my husband and me a lot about newborn care. The lessons learned are invaluable!
Re: care of me and my husband
-I had a C-section, and I believe my recovery went so smoothly because she took great care of me. She encouraged me to rest. When I couldn't go down the stairs and I was stuck in my room the first week after surgery, she brought food up to my room.
-She helped me breastfeed - she's very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips.
-She gave me foot massages and facials!
-She cooked delicious healthy meals (both Korean and non-Korean cuisine). I appreciate that I got to learn new cooking techniques and recipes from her. Also, I requested healthy food and salads daily- she knew exactly what to make.
-Our friends and family were impressed with how well we were handling the first month with a newborn, which usually is a really difficult month for most. We know it would have been a very different and likely difficult experience without her.
Re: chores
-We noticed how clean and neat Sarah eemo is! We never had to ask her to clean anything- she made sure the bathroom, kitchen, and our boy's room were clean and organized.
-She did the laundry regularly (ours and our son's) which was so helpful.
-She always cleaned my pump parts and baby bottles, used our sanitizer machine and made sure to put everything back in place.
-In general, we never had to ask her to do anything- she was always on top of everything!

-It was so easy to get in touch with them and set up the interview. We stayed in contact throughout the months after we submitted the deposit (via KakaoTalk). They made sure Sarah Eemo arrived at our house early (our son arrived almost 2 weeks early).
-We had no issues at all. Great communication.
In conclusion- we highly recommend Sarah Eemo and SanhooUSA!
